I agree with this concept that spices can turn a simple a meal into something delicious enough to devour! I am also a fan of gravy and always make more to eat the next day even if there is no meat or veggies left. The gravy still has the flavor. You can eat it with some rice. I'm definitely going to give this recipe a try.
