Ingredients
- 3 dry red chili
- 1 Cup Corn
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Mix Herbs
- 1 Tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Cups Boiled Basmati Rice

In a pan add butter, oil, chopped dry red chili, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, red capsicum, corn and mix it all together and let it cook for 5 minute Then add mix herbs,black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and mix it again Mix in the cooked basmati rice, coriander leaves and cover the pan for at least 5 minute and let it cook. Your Pulav is ready to serve
