- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 Large Yellow Onion
- 1 Head Green Cabbage
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Chopped Parsley
Cook chopped bacon over medium heat in a cast iron or non-stick skillet (about 10 minutes).
Remove the crisp bacon from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. Do not drain grease from the pan.
