    Gazpacho

    Ingredients

    • 3 peeled tomatoes
    • 1 large cucumbers
    • 1 1/2 peppers
    • 1 large green onion
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • handfull basil, parsley, dill (use less if dried)
    • 10+ dashes tobasco sauce
    • 1/4 cup vinegar
    • 1/4 cup oil (canola or olive)
    • 42 ounces can tomatoe juice

    Instructions

    Dice vegetables very small and add rest of ingredients. Let sit at least 24 hours; ages well.
