I never grew up with chicken noodle soup but don't feel sorry for me! It was just because my mom didn't like chicken soup, we had plenty of beef and vegetable soup! But now my son went to his friend whose mom made chicken noodle soup and he loved it so now I have to hunt for a recipe to create a 'mom's chicken noodle soup for him so here I am. This soup is the kind I like - throw everything in and it cooks! Including frozen chicken. I'm the type that would have forgotten to defrost the chicken! I like this recipe, I think I will make it.
