Ingredients
- 1 (18-ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup marshmalle creme
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine the cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat for two minutes or until smooth.
- Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, making no more than 6 on each sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until browned. In a medium bowl combine the butter, marshmallow creme, and sugar.
- Beat until smooth, approximately 2-3 minutes. When the cookies are cool, sandwich pairs to gether with marshmallow fillin in between, and serve.
