How to Assemble Avocado Toast

Below, we will show you how to put together the Bacon, Tomato and Feta Avocado Toast, however, the process will be exactly the same for the other recipes on this page (and really any avocado toast you choose to make in the future). Just follow along with our step-by-step instructions!

1. Gather your ingredients.

2. Cut your lime in half. Set aside.

3. Cut your avocado in half.

4. Scoop out the avocado, separating the "meat" from the peel, and removing the pit.

5. Place your two avocado halves in a bowl.

6. Using a fork, mash up your avocado halves, making the consistency as thick and chunky or as smooth as you want.

At this point, squeeze half of your lime into the avocado mixture and mix thoroughly. You can also mix in your desired salt and pepper at this stage, or you can season your toast at the very end.

7.  Again using a fork, begin to spread the mashed avocado on your slices of toasted bread.

8. Next, layer on top your tomato slices and cooked bacon.

9. Lastly, add the Feta cheese on top, and you're ready to eat your meal.

Ooh the spicy pepper and egg avocado toast sounds delicious! I usually just stick to avocado and a slice of bread but it's always nice to get more flavor!

These all sound great! Avocado toast is truly amazing.

Avocado toast is definitely a go-to breakfast option for me. I love how quick and easy it is to make and also how filling and delicious the end product is! My favorite is fresh avocado on a multigrain or whole wheat English muffin topped with a an egg over easy and some feta or goat cheese. I want one right now!

Hmmm...Eggs and avocados? Avocado toast is so popular these days you'd think I'd had it before but no, for some bizarre reason I always thought avocados were only made for guacamole and BLT sandwiches. Each of these recipes sounds amazing but I'm not sure how I feel about the corn salad and may have to leave that part out but the eggs sound doable.

Egg and avocados - SO good! I didn't think I'd be SUCH a fan of avocado toast, but I guess I'm a convert. )

This was absolutely delicious. Eggs and avocados pair so well together -- who knew? I will definitely be making these again. I can't wait to try them all!

I really loved the version with corn salad; it added great texture and flavor to my normal avocado toast!

LOVED these. I'm apparently the rare Millennial who's never had avocado toast before, but I adored the crispy, salty bacon on top of the creamy avocado as well as the flavorful corn salad version. Perfect for summer!

I've never had avocado toast before today, but I'm now a convert. It was delicious! I loved how the crunchy toast paired with the creamy avocado.
