This is a fantastic recipe. I made it this morning for breakfast. I did not top with bacon bits however, but it was still delicious. I have posted a picture of how my turned out. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants to try it. It was absolutely scrumptious.

Wow this looks like a tasty treat. I would love to eat this for breakfast. I have some button mushrooms which I need to eat and now I know what to do with them! I'm looking forward to trying this. I think I will like eating the mushrooms creamed as this is usually used for a sauce but it's nice to make it in a different way.
