- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pound almonds, with skins
- Bring water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil, stirring constantly. Add almonds and toss to coat.
- Remove almonds with slotted spoon. Arrange on greased jelly roll pan.
