Apricot Sunshine Bites

"These snacks are just right for after school or after a busy day at summer camp! They are bursting with energy and with natural sweetness from the coconut and dates. Healthy ingredients combine into a surprisingly kid-friendly treat that adults will want to gobble up to! In other words, these one-bite treats are the perfect boost to get through a busy afternoon! The apricot tastes like summer sunshine itself! Hope you'll enjoy these as much as my family."
