This chopsuey looks yummy. I have never made chopsuey but I have eaten my fair share and I really like it. I am happy to find these recipes from Tamana at The Foodxp as I would like to get used to cooking Chinese food. The Chinese Spring Rolls would go nicely with this as a starter.
