Classic German Sauerkraut

"You will love this authentic German sauerkraut recipe, even or especially if you’re not a big fan of sour sauerkraut. With some everyday ingredients and just a little bit of time, you will transform sour fermented cabbage into a flavorful side dish that works will all your favorite meat recipes. Just heat up your skillet (cast iron is my favorite), add your ingredients, and let heat and time do their magic on this traditional German dish."
