Baked Stuffed Clams


  • 1 can minced clams (6oz?)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp powdered garlic
  • 1 tsp diced onion
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • clam shells


Saute garlic, onions, parsley and bread crumbs in oil about two minutes, Remove when they start to brown, Add remainder and spoon into shells, Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 370 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
