Tahini Sauce for Falafel
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- water
Instructions
Crush the garlic and salt together in a mortar and pestle to a paste (or use a bowl and the back of a spoon). Mix in the tahini and beat in the lemon juice. Gradually mix in enough water to make the mixture the consistency of thick cream. Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
