  • 5 slice maple bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Cook and brown bacon. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add the butter and onions to the pan, and cook until onions are translucent.

  5. Add the crumble bacon and stir. Serve with biscuits.
