Watermelon Salad with Cucumbers Lime Vinaigrette
"There is something special about this Watermelon Salad. Not only does it have blueberries and feta cheese, but the different twist comes from adding cucumbers. Did you know watermelon and cucumbers are in the same family? So, there is something similar about them, but of course, the watermelon has a sweet zing to it! The crowning touch is the lime vinaigrette. This salad is the perfect dish to take to a pot luck in warm weather or as an addition to your cookout menu."

This Watermelon Salad with Cucumbers Lime Vinaigrette is just what I was looking for to bring to a Summer bar-b-que. The sweetness of the watermelon and tartness of the blueberry's and lemon vinaigrette dressing, combined with the salty feta cheese and crunch of the cucumbers, combine perfectly in this refreshing Summer salad. Sure to be a hit.

I thought feta cheese with watermelon went down well but the addition of cucumber and a vinaigrette makes it all the better! I think I would love the blueberries in this salad too. I have to try this. The flavor combinations are such a good idea. There is something good to be said about the sweet and salty flavors.
