I tried this recipe today and OMW it was to die for. Truly. I mixed a bit of drained tinned salmon with some cream as I didnt have mayonnaise and was in too much of a hurry to make some from scratch. I poured the salmon over the mould. It was a marriage made in heaven! I wish there was an option to give this more stars!
