Ingredients

  • Turmeric leaves: 2
  • Rice flour: 1/2 cup
  • Grated coconut: 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Mixed nuts: 2 teaspoon
  • Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 3-4 tablespoons
  • Elaichi powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Instead of water, add skim milk for binding
  1. Mix together rice flour, grated coconut, elaichi powder, salt and add a little bit of skim milk for binding

  2. Take turmeric leaves, apply the rice paste evenly and spread Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam over it evenly

  3. Fold the leaves vertically and steam for 5-7 mins. Serve.
