"I’m going to tell you a little secret: I love eating out in restaurants. Sure cooking at home is fun, healthy, and a great way to try new recipes, but eating at a restaurant is an experience on its own. For one you don’t have to do any dishes! NO DISHES YAY! For another, you get to relax and eat delicious food that you may not be able to at home (i.e. coal fired pizza–yummy). One restauarnt that I frequently order meals to-go or dine in is Chili’s; the home of the molten lava cake. Their faijtas are amazing (don’t even get me started on the chips and salsa) but their molten lava cake dessert is out-of-this world divine. And guess what? I found out how to make it at home! This dessert will rock your world and if you love Chili’s molten lava cakes as much as I do, then you will LOVE this dessert!"

I love Chili's molten lava cakes, but this copycat recipe is even better than the original!

First it was the picture of this Mini Molten Lava Cakes that had me drooling but then I tasted it and thought I really had died and gone straight to chocolate heaven. They are SO EASY to make but do not tell the family that, haha! Add cream or ice cream (wonderful friend Jan's home made vanilla was PERFECT) and whatever sauce you like. The family will love you forever!
