I love banana bread as a dessert and as a breakfast. It's great with a glass of milk and with a hot cup of coffee. I think I'll make it next week instead of the cookies I had planned.

The recipe looks good but it's hard to follow. The ingredients are out of order, plus the instructions mention eggs but the ingredient list does not. How many eggs?

Never mind, I found the eggs. But still, ingredients are supposed to be listed in the order that they'll be used. It would help.

We've updated the recipe per your request. Hopefully it reads less confusing now. Thank you for your suggestion, as we are always looking for improvements we can make.
