Tasty 2-Step Pork Chops

Why is it that the simplest pork chop recipes are always the best? This quick and easy recipe has only two steps, three if you count eating as a step. Perfect for a busy weeknight meal, make it for your family tonight.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

  2. Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

My first time to encounter such recipe as this Tasty 2-Step Porck Chops recipe. The dressing looks yummy even if it's just used an instant soup from the can. But it looks good. I want to try this soon.
