Lemonade Pie

No Bake Lemonade Pie is perfect because it's a no bake pie with just 4 ingredients, making it simple enough for a child to make easy Mother's Day desserts! The lemon flavor makes it the perfect pie to introduce the warm weather with.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (6 ounce) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cool whip, sweetened condensed milk & lemonade concentrate until smooth.

  2. Pour into the graham cracker crust.

  3. Refrigerate or freeze until time to serve. It’s delicious either way, but the frozen pie is my favorite!

I have been making this for Thanksgiving and Christmas for more than 10 years - it is my family's favorite. Two GREAT modifications: #1 - soften one 8 oz package of cream cheese and whip with the milk; add juice, mix again and then fold in the whipped topping. It is very close to being "real" cheesecake! (And it will make enough for 2 - 8" pie shells) #2 - I almost always use orange juice instead of the lemonade because my kids request the "Dreamsicle Pie"!

oops forgot to say....you can use any flavor of kool aid . But the tart ones i do add the 1/4 cup of sugar.

I made the lemonaid pie using a packet of unsweetened kool aid lemonade mix in place of the concentrated frozen lemonade. Just added 1/4 cup sugar and followed this recipe . Came out delicious.

Awesome receipe! It is so economical!

Lemonade Pie is fantastic! I have given this oh-so-easy recipe to so many people, and they ALL love its tasty simplicity! I make mine a aspberry Lemonade Pie by folding 1/2 pint frresh red raspberries into the pie filling. Yummy!!!!!
