  • For the Pudding
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding, plus ingredients required to make it
  • For the Pie
  • 1 packaged graham cracker crust pie shell
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • For the Crumb Topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of water

Instructions

  1. Make the vanilla pudding according to package directions. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes or until ready to use.

  2. Make the crumb mixture by combining powdered sugar and peanut butter using a fork or pastry cutter. Add a few drops of water at a time to help it come together. Mix until pea-sized crumbs form.

  3. Spread half of the crumbs into your pie shell, then top with the vanilla pudding. Add half of the remaining crumbs to the top of the pudding. 

  4. Top pie with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter crumbs. Enjoy!
