This is a nice simple dish with some good shortcuts. I normally use the Prego sauces rather than Ragu, but the Ragu Thick Hearty is more than acceptable. I really like the idea of cutting the mozzarella sticks into slices and dotting the top of the dish with those. I'd also add some oregano to the parsley before adding it to the sauce and using it for garnish. I like this dish and look forward to making this up in the near future.
