"This one-pan Spanish chorizo pasta, known as “macarrones con chorizo,” is what comfort food is all about. It’s packed with flavors, easy to make, and done in about 30 minutes using just one pan. Serve it next to a garden salad and a bottle of Spanish red wine for a fabulous meal. To make this recipe, I used cured Spanish chorizo. You can use any type of cured chorizo you like. Just make sure it’s firm. That way, once you cook it, it doesn’t fall apart. Either way, make sure to use the good stuff here, as it makes all the difference in this pasta."
