Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff

- 4 tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 8 ounces Mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 pound Steak
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 12 ounce Wide Egg Noodle
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2/3 cup Sour Cream
- 4 ounce Cream Cheese
- Chopped Parsley
Place butter and chopped onions in the Instant Pot and turn on to the Saute setting.
Saute onions in the melted butter until softened. Add mushrooms and minced garlic and saute 1-2 minutes longer.
