Although this recipe does use butter to saut the ravioli, this dish really seems a lot lighter than a bowl of ravioli swimming in a heavy tomato sauce and topped with cheese. Perfect for the warmer months. You can really be creative with your choice of store - bought ravioli. I used a cheese and porcini mushroom version and this turned out quite delicious!
