Gluten Free Shortbread – Three Ways!
"It’s Christmas time, and we’ve been experimenting! Now, even before I was gluten free, I was not a great baker. I can cook anything for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but when it comes to desserts, I am a slave to box mixes for the most part. Having to make things GF doesn’t come easily to me, and I judge my success by one thing only – does it taste good? So I’m pleased to say that this shortbread recipe was pretty successful in that it was a straight conversion from regular flour to a pre-mixed Multi Purpose GF Flour. Of course, to make them special, I went ahead and created three different kinds of cookie with the same dough. If you’d like to give it a go, it’s pretty darn simple."
