    Partridge Casserole

    Ingredients

    • Several partridges cooked and deboned
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 8 ounces herb stuffing mix
    • 1 can cream chicken or mushroom soup diluted with a can of water or broth

    Instructions

    Toss and lightly brown the stuffing mix in the butter. In casserole, layer 1/2 of the stuffing mix,then the meat, the soup mix and top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake, uncovered for about 30 minutes at 350.
