3-Ingredient Grilled Stuffed Peppers with Pulled Pork
Grilling couldn't get any easier with the help of these 3-Ingredient Grilled Stuffed Peppers with Pulled Pork. This stuffed pepper recipe will complement your Saturday night perfectly, with its savory pork center, grilled pepper shell, and melted cheese topping. You will have to prepare these 3 ingredients before grilling—but it's well worth the time investment. You can either bake the peppers or simmer them in a slow cooker. Whatever way you slice it, you and your family will absolutely love sinking your teeth into these easy stuffed peppers.
Notes
Place tin foil-wrapped peppers in the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours. Or you can place them in the oven on a tin foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 min.
To grill, preheat grill to 450 degrees F. Reduce heat on one side of the grill and place tin foil-wrapped on this side. Grill for 10-15 min and then open to check doneness. If desired, remove from tin foil and grill on the hotter side of the grill for 2-3 minutes to char the peppers.

These stuffed peppers look delicious! I have never made anything like this before, but I have been trying to come up with some different recipes that also taste good. Peppers seem like a good, healthy option. I will have to get a grill and give these peppers a try! Thank you for the yummy looking recipe.

I have a family of only 3, so whenever I make a big batch of pulled chicken or pork in my crock pot, I have a ton of leftovers. This is an excellent way to use them up or an excuse to make another batch! I love the sweet bright flavor that bell peppers get when they are grilled, and they are always so pretty. I wish it weren't 30 degrees and snowing right now so that I could make them!

I havent yet had this dish with pork but I did try it using some leftover barbequed chicken and its very nice indeed. Also because its not fussy to prepare its quick, easy and baking it in tin foil means no dirty dishes afterwards which is always good news! A vegetarian friend substituted the pork with a little cooked rice, onion and mushroom and says it was delicious.
