Summer Berries and Earl Grey Cream
"This is a take on the classic strawberries and cream. It has a variety of summer berries and an earl grey tea infused whipped cream. It's an easy, no-bake dessert that's perfect for when you want dessert, but don't want to turn on the oven in the hot summer heat. You can use other fruit here too- I love using fresh mangoes, nectarines, plums, etc. Say you don't like earl grey- any other strong tea (think black teas or roasted teas) would be delicious in the whipped cream as well."
