"Making a tart with puff pastry is a great cheat. My intuition tells me that not everyone will always take the time to make homemade shortcrust pastry for every tart that they make. And honestly, I think the same can be said for myself. So I am definitely not opposed to cheating with pastry sometimes. Especially when it’s puff pastry, which takes hours to make. The sweet onions, figs and the honey made me wonder whether this tart would be more of a dessert than a savoury dish. Then when I actually tasted the tart, it wasn’t the case at all. It’s a savoury tart with a lovely added sweetness to it. And the feta cheese amplifies that flavour even more."

What an amazing sounding tart! I'm all for frozen puff pastry. There's nothing wrong with taking short cuts. Yum, yum, yum this tart looks absolutely scrumptious. I'm definitely making this one. It is looks super simple too and no fuss but it looks like something a professional chef would turn out.
