This super simple 4-Ingredient Cake Mix Peach Cobbler can be whipped up in a jiffy and is the perfect easy dessert recipe to prepare if you're having company over but are pressed for time. Made with just the basics, this cake mix cobbler is simple in preparation but big in flavor. Give it a try and you'll see what we mean!

Cooking Time45 min

Ingredients

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans peach chunks in light syrup
  • 1 box French Vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar (1/4 teaspoon cinnamon + 3/4 teaspoon sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Drain one of the cans of peaches, reserving the syrup.

  3. Empty the peaches into a 13x9 baking pan.

  4. Empty the entire contents of the other can of peaches (with syrup) into the 13x9 pan.

  5. Spread the peaches out evenly. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar across the top of the peaches.

  6. Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the peaches and press down with your hands.

  7. Cut butter into 16 pieces and distribute across the top of the cake mix.

  8. Pour reserved syrup over the cake mix and run a knife through the mix and the syrup to spread it around a bit.

  9. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

  10. Serve warm with ice cream, fresh cream or milk.

Nothing says Summer more than a yummy Peach Cobbler. I love how easy this 4-Ingredient Cake Mix Peach Cobbler is to make thanks to the use of the cake mix. My favorite criteria for a recipe...simple ingredients that deliver big flavor. Served with ice cream, of course), this is a Summer recipe you will be happy to make for your family all year long.

This is like a classic dump cake but in cobbler form! Very simple to throw together last minute! You can definitely use other fruits besides peaches like pears, apples, pineapple, or any kind of berries, just to name a few! You can also use different flavors of cake mix like chocolate, pumpkin, lemon, golden butter, or any others.

Can you use another fruit other then peaches??

Sounds fabulous. I have made cobblers for many years with. the old. Fashioned criss cross crust I am. Anxious to try this one

They guys at the hunting camp showed me this years ago..make it all the time.
