Tin Roof Pie

Updated June 14, 2018

This delectable ice cream pie is an award-winning sweet treat for many reasons. First of all, Tin Roof Pie is stupidly easy to make. Simply mix together corn flakes, peanut butter and corn syrup to form a crust, spread vanilla ice cream on top, and drizzle the whole thing with chocolate syrup! Even though this no-bake recipe is quick and easy, it definitely doesn't skimp on flavor. This is the perfect treat to enjoy after dinner.
