Chocolate Mint Heaven
As far as I'm concerned, the combination of chocolate and mint is absolutely heavenly! That being the case, this is one of my favorite Oreo cookie dessert recipes. The addition of the crushed toffee bars makes it just that much more delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 gallon mint chocolate-chip ice cream
- 8 Heath or Skor toffee bars, crushed
- 2 jars hot fudge sauce
- 12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter and place in bottom of either a BIG glass bowl or 13x9-inch pan.
- Freeze until firm.
- Combine ice cream and crushed Heath bars, reserving a few chunks of Heath bars for top. Mix well and place on top of Oreo base.
- Freeze until firm.
- Heat the fudge sauce so that it is easily pourable. Pour it over the top in rippled pattern.
- Freeze.
- Just before serving, top with Cool Whip and reserved Heath chunks.
