Spanish Cod And Shrimp Skillet | Packed With Flavors & Easy To Make

"This Spanish cod and shrimp skillet, known as cazuela de bacalao y gambas, is what Mediterranean food is all about. We’re talking layers of flavors, simple everyday ingredients, and all done in a little over 30 minutes using just one pan. Serve it next to a baguette and a bottle of Spanish wine for a fabulous meal. To make this recipe, I used cod fillets I bought frozen and thawed out. You can also use fresh cod here, as well as any other type of firm white fish. As for the shrimp, I used red Argentinian shrimp I also bought frozen and thawed and already peeled and deveined. However, you can use any shrimp you like here."
