I really like using Bisquick, but I like knowing for sure what is in what I am feeding my family. So to find this recipe so that I can make my own Bisquick mix is just perfect for me. Along with having the choice of keeping what I want to use for that week on my shelf, and putting the rest in the freezer so that it keeps longer, this is like having my cake and eating it to.
