"I love smoothies. In fact, I have one every day. My typical smoothie is green, but since I had an open can of pumpkin in the house, I decided I needed to make some pumpkin smoothies. I tried a couple of recipes, most of which called for yogurt. I don't really like yogurt in my smoothies. I prefer my smoothies to have the consistency of a drink rather than a pudding, so my smoothies are usually pretty thin. After a few attempts, I came up with a pumpkin smoothie that made me happy. It tastes sweet, like pumpkin pie, yet there isn't any added sugar. It makes the kitchen smell great too!"

- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 cup Canned pumpkin puree. NOT pie filling!
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
Put all the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Drink up and get a beautiful glow.
