How can you go wrong for dessert with apple cobbler? Do you ever add a slice of sharp cheddar cheese to your cobbler instead of the vanilla ice cream. My grandpa introduced me to apple pie and cheddar slices. Since then, I use cheddar on all my apple desserts. The bite of the cheese combined with the sweet of the apple just pair so well together.
