  • 4 Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth ice cubes
  • 1 cup Spinach rinsed
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 Green Apple cored and sliced
  • 1 cup Water
  1. Make bone broth ice cubes the night prior by pouring Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth into ice tray.

  2. Place the spinach, banana, and apple in a blender with ½ cup of water. Add 3-4 beef bone broth ice cubes.

  3. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

This certainly is an interesting looking recipe. I had to research about bone broth. I'm a big fan of smoothies for breakfast. They are great for grab-and-go breakfasts and the more you can pack into them the better off you are so I'm willing to try something new. Im going to add kale to mine instead of spinach. Kale is packed full of everything good!
