When I saw the photo for this tasty drink, my eyes lit up, since I tend to prefer sweet cold coffee drinks to hot any time of the year. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this rendition is actually healthy! With the exception of the optional whipped cream topping, it is vegan as well. I could definitely make this a regular part of my morning routine, when I don't have a lot of time to fix breakfast and have to grab something and go!
