Cherry Limeade Recipe
"I have a cherry limeade recipe today that you are going to love! Do you have a Sonic near you? If not, you are missing out. If so, did you know that you can make your very own cherry limeade right at home with just a few ingredients? I didn’t either! But now I know and I am a huge fan. I will be keeping the simple ingredients for this drink on hand at all times. No more making an emergency run to Sonic when it gets hot!"
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cherry juice
- 1 lime
- Sprite
- Ice

Add 1/4 cup of cherry juice to a standard size glass. Cut 1 lime in four pieces. Squeeze three of the wedges into the cherry juice. Use the fourth wedge as a garnish if desired. Add ice to the glass then fill the rest of the way with Sprite. Use a straw to stir and enjoy your own homemade cherry limeade!

This recipe is really close to the Sonic original. I am however missing the Sonic ice. If you have ever been there, you know exactly what I am talking about! You can buy it by the bag however at a Sonic near you. So buy the ice, keep the ingredients on hand, and enjoy this cherry limeade recipe all summer long. If you need me, I will be on the porch with a tall glass of this refreshing drink all summer long. This won’t replace my sweet tea but it will be a refreshing change a few days a week.
