Chicago Lemonade


  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 lemon (cut into three - two large ends, one middle "wheel")
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • 1 ounce 7-up


Squeeze the two lemon ends. Fill a mason jar 2/3 full with crushed ice. Build drink by adding ingredients. Garnish with remaining lemon wheel and two straws.
