Buckle up for St. Patrick’s Day with some corned beef and cabbage and a boozy leprechaun. This cocktail has both fruity and citrus notes accompanied by a splash of vodka. "

Ingredients
- 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 ounce Blue Curacao
- 1 1/2 ounce Vodka
- Gold sanding Sugar
- Maraschino Cherries and Pineapple Wedges

Dip the rim of a rock glass in extra pineapple juice (or water). Then dip into a shallow dish of gold sanding sugar. Set aside.
