I love zucchini. I think I will like these bars with chocolate chips. I know that I will like the cinnamon in it and oats. This recipe seems very healthy and I will substitute it with gluten free flour. Even better! It does look absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try them!

I make a zucchini carrot cake recipe that actually isn't too different from this one. I love adding zucchini into my desserts because no one ever seems to notice it's a great way to sneak in those veggies! The same thing with oats. They usually go by unnoticed and are a great whole grain! Definitely want to try this recipe!
