You would think zucchini would be the last thing you would put in a dessert if you hadn't used it before wouldn't you? My mom makes this amazingly moist chocolate cake that uses zucchini, and I will not eat any other chocolate cake. I am spoiled on it. I bet these cake bars turn out to be just as much a favorite as the chocolate cake.
