Tropical Paleo Gummies Recipe

"These are healthy tropical flavored gummies. These gummies are great as a healthy dessert or snack. They’re made from gelatin, which is one of the great components of bone broth, and eating these gummies are an easy way to get more gelatin into your diet. Disclaimer: I received a container of gelatin powder from Vital Proteins for review purposes. I received no other compensation, and this review is based on my own opinion. Ingredients

  • 2 cups tropical juice (or use a different juice with no added sugar)
  • 5-6 Tablespoons gelatin powder
  1. Place the juice into a small pot on the stove.

  2. Heat on medium heat until the liquid starts to simmer.

  3. Stir in the gelatin powder (adding a small amount at a time) until it’s all dissolved. Use a strainer to strain the liquid to remove any lumps that might have formed.

What fruit juices are in tropical fruit juice? My daughter is allergic to many fruits. Can you use a pineapple or cherry juice to make these gummies? I know she would love to take some of these back to the dorm with her when she goes back after winter break.
