The Perfect Churros

"The perfect churros are a tasty deep-fried stick of dough, sprinkled with a combination of delicious cinnamon and sugar. And served with a luscious warm chocolate sauce. It has long been the after-party snack of choice in Spain and is a great snack favorite in North America. Now and then you’ll come across churros that are being frozen and reheated. But making them at home and being able to create the perfect churro is much more satisfying than buying them. Nothing compares with a freshly made perfect churro!"

NotesThese excellent churros are also great because you can add many other flavors to them. Nutella is a favorite. But more out of the box ideas are chai tea and pumpkin spice or, you can even have a savory churro. Just omit the sugar mixture and coat them in salt and lemon pepper.
