Salty Marbled Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
I'm always trying to improve my brownie recipe. One day I slipped in the kitchen and hit my head on the sink. When I awoke, I had a brilliant idea - peanut butter! Salty Marbled Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies are my special invention for you. This easy brownie recipe takes the classic dessert up a whole level. The peanut butter and sea salt add a special touch that you won't be able to get enough of. The next time you need to bring a dessert to a bake sale, bring these super special brownies.

Stir 1/4 cup peanut butter chips into batter before spreading into pan.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 squares of Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Planters creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons coarse season salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Microwave butter and chocolate squares in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted, stirring after 45 seconds.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour and cocoa powder; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with small spoonfuls of peanut butter; swirl gently with knife. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
