Ingredients

  • 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decorating
  1. Grease an 8×8 pan.

  2. Mix the cake mix and powdered sugar in a large microwavable bowl. Add the butter and milk. Do not stir!

  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  4. Remove from microwave immediately and stir. Once blended, stir in chocolate chips. Make sure they melt completely.

  5. Press mixture into your prepared pan and add sprinkles if desired. You will need to press the sprinkles slightly into the top. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

  6. Cut into squares and serve up to your Valentine!

Sometimes you just need to whip up a treat in a jiff. I often have people just popping over and only let me know half an hour before they arrive. I always like to have something yummy to welcome them. I also usually have a house full of kids to boot and they will love this too!
